The Kbps is 289VBR pretty okay. Someone submitted the torrent in TokyoTosho and the Tracker was from DeltaAnime. The video was re-encoded by me (Jubo) and original release was from Kuro-Neko Fansubs. This pretty hard to figure out what BPM to set. So I decided slow first then fast after a little pause of no beats. The BPM changes to 167.94 when the taps of silent symbols. So Thats where I changed it. The Backgrounds and Banner orginials are from a great site called MiniTokyo. Logo was from a google search. There are alot of different steps I made in this simfiles but they all have somthing in common. I never imagine my first steps on making this was a 9 footer.. So I decide that 9 footer to be challenge. All the rest followed from the way I listen to this song and also the way the measures and bpm planned out.
